30 Minute Meals shared cooking experiences hosted by Food Justice Initiatives Manager Thomas Schofield.
Join us as we engage in a group discussion around food safety, efficiency, and ingredient handling. Sessions will include talks about harvesting and product seasonality while guests prepare a meal around a basket of ingredients. These meetings happen in sessions and will be occurring bi-weekly from February to May.
30 Minute Meals is hosted at the Sandra and John Rocehskvey Community Kitchen at the SiCM Community Hub located at 837 Albany Street Schenectady, NY 12307.
