Media Art Workshop: Intro to Video Editing with Adobe PremiereTuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 - 8:00 pm April 18 - April 27, 2023 Total price for all 4 sessions: $135 members/$175 non-members Learn to manipulate story and meaning with the art of editing. In this workshop you’ll learn how to take raw footage and assemble it into a narrative, whether for short films, documentaries, interviews, promotional videos, or experimental films. You’ll learn important foundational skills and best practices in Adobe Premiere, and also develop your personal editing style. No experience necessary, beginners welcome! All equipment provided. Instructor: Joseph Scordo Joseph Scordo is a local video editor and production assistant who has worked on projects such as "Movin' On," an upcoming music video by Drea D'nur, and interned on "Niagara," a PBS Nature documentary premiering in March. Joseph double majored in media production and public relations and advertising at SUNY Buffalo State University. He is currently a production assistant at Buffalo Toronto Public Media, where he previously held an editing-focused digital media production internship.
