BIG BONEDED BBQ The evening will be fun and filling, so come hungry and thirsty! Chef Greg will walk you through how he prepares his delicious recipes. We will print out recipes for you to take notes and ask questions! WALNUT RIVER BREWERY Beer will be provided from our Walnut River Brewery with live tastings from Shawn and Amy Brewer. (Soft drinks will also be available) MENU - All food will be cooked on our Traeger demo grill. Appetizer: Jalapeno Poppers First Course: Lebanese Salad Main Course: Tri-Tip Steak and Smoked Potatoes.
