We see & hear on a 24-hour news cycle of the problems plaguing our world, and individually we realize we are helpless to do anything to relieve the suffering, end the corruption, restore huemanity to a status we can all live with sharing with all our relations. The power to make the change to effective action lies in the collective body—none of its members is sufficient—and no alien is coming to save us from the mess we've co-signed with the vote & illusory talk of democracy. Talking to politicians is a waste of time & simply supports the existing order. We must talk to & strengthen one another to find the way to collective action. Nothing else will move these systems of oppression from our path or bring the world to a place of healing. As Tracy Chapman long ago told us, We are the Spirit, the Collective Conscious, We Create the Pain & the Suffering & the Beauty in this World, Heavens Here on Earth.
