Greetings! We will be conducting an academy style workout. Please bring a yoga mat, gallon of water, flashlight and wear appropriate attire for working out. Preferred attire is athletic shoes, dark bottoms, and a white shirt (or black shirt for those who have been coming) (Tucked in). This workout will be held at the CHP Visalia Area office.
