Description

Participants will learn the proper process to water bath canning, they will learn what foods can safely be water bathed canned. Participants will get hands-on experience with water bath canning by learnig to can strawberry jam. The class will be held at the Nash County Cooperative Extension Office in the FCS teaching kitchen.
