Utilizing the Beginners Mind in Nature
Are you feeling burnt out? This group is a wonderful way to re-energize and gain some new tools. During this group you will have the opportunity for individual experiences and group engagement. The focus of this group is to have participants experience the powerful combination of nature and the Beginner’s mind, a mindfulness technique, which can produce a calmer state and an increase in creativity. There is no need to have any prior knowledge or experience, all are welcome.
