Are you training for your first 5k, 10k, or marathon? Join us on April 29, 12pm for a 45 minute class where we evaluate your form using our state of the art Woodway treadmills and coach you to improve your form and pace while preventing injury. The last 15 minutes of class we will include a mobility workshop teaching the best strategy for warming up or cooling down after running.
Breanna Leslie is the course instructor. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn from her experience as a USA Track team athlete! Participants must be 18 yrs or older.
