Please join us for a celebration of Brazilian food and culture! Hudson Daybreak Rotary has been deligted to host an outstanding exchange student from Brazil, Joao Silva. Joao would like to participate in a travel opportunity for exchange students to visit the east coast from Washington, DC to Orlando, FL. The total expense is $3,800, of which $1,000 has already been raised so the goal for this event is $2,800. You and your guest will experience authentic Brazilian barbeque served tableside. The menu includes Brazilian style barbeque beef, chicken, sausage, rice and salad. A drawing for traditional Brazilian items will be available. Joao will share what it is like to enjoy a meal in Brazil and stories from his culture. If you can't make it to the event, you can show your support by purchasing raffle tickets or by making a donation.
