We’ve been styling men for over ten years at J.Hilburn Custom Men’s Clothier, and we love our jobs. It’s time to grow and we need help finding motivated people who may want to build their own J.Hilburn business. We want to pour our years of experience into bringing on new stylists and truly support them as they grow. J.Hilburn also has an amazing internal training platform. There is a true opportunity in the Minneapolis area for several new J.Hilburn stylist businesses and we’ve been tasked with growing this market. That’s why we’re hosting some regional CONNECT MEETINGS in the coming weeks to answer questions and invite interested parties to learn more about a day in the life of a J.Hilburn Stylist and more our business model and go-to-market strategy. The first monthly meeting we’re hosting is on Wednesday 4/26 at Excelsior Brewing, right behind our Excelsior Showroom, from 4:30-6:00 pm. Zero pressure. Anyone who comes will get their first cocktail on us, an opportunity to chat with other local connectors, and learn about this business and see our business sales tools (the fun stuff!) Some Background: We all discovered J.Hilburn is different ways and want to share our journeys with you. We have found fun, purpose, amazing clients, friendships and careers we’re so proud of with J.Hilburn. We are in business for ourselves but not by ourselves, and we get to determine how and when we work. Who are we looking for? A J.Hilburn business can be appealing to individuals who: •have kids at home and desire a flexible business with extra income •have experienced a life transition (empty nest, etc) and welcome a second career that’s fun •love the idea of a side gig or a business that can weave into a current one •are ready to be a part of a kick-ass growing brand and want to go all-in!
