Lehigh Acres Alzheimer’s Community Forum is a town hall style meeting that gathers members of the Lehigh Acres community to learn about their real-life experiences with Alzheimer's disease, to educate about resources, and to learn how to engage more people.
Alzheimer’s Community Forums have the opportunity to be full-mission. The goals of a Forum are to:
1) Listen to the community’s experiences related to Alzheimer’s or dementia.
2) Identify needs, gaps in resources, and opportunities.
3) Elevating Alzheimer's Association awareness and visibility.
4) Increase community engagement, mobilize community partners and engage volunteers.
