This monthly workshop is designed to help you reduce stress in your life by adapting some powerful tools for self-care.
You will learn simple ways to practice mindfulness, reduce stress, and live a positive and fulfilled life.
Dawn Gaden is a licensed counselor, self-image coach, and yoga teacher. She was trained in the intenSati method from New York City to help people get unstuck and live happy, fulfilled lives.
