2 Stones Events is proud to present a lovely Sunday afternoon in the park! The croquet tournament will begin at 3:30 pm. Eight of our Partners will have a croquet team competing in a bracket-style competition. The winner will receive a unique trophy to display at their business or home and bragging rights for the year. Be sure to cheer on your favorite team! Picnic-goers will also have an opportunity to play and can sign up to pick up a mallet and try their luck in a mini competition after the first match. Gourmet bites! We will have cheese, fruit, and veggies to munch on when you arrive. Later, each attendee will get a boxed picnic -- think seafood rolls, potato salad, and some other picnic delights (or choose a vegetarian option when you check out). Our partner, SELCRA, is hosting the cash bar with wine, bubbles, beer, and cocktails. Dress to have fun and relax. We are encouraging everyone to wear white — linen, seersucker and cotton (khaki, too). Gates will open at 3 pm with an 8 pm end time; 21-or-older only. Free parking available at St. Patrick School. 2 Stones Events (Cal and Whitney) always try to support a charity with events, and for this one we are once again supporting Food Secure Livingston (Gleaners, Livingston County Hunger Council). We will be donating a percentage of the profit from the event and are encouraging picnic-goers to bring a non-perishable food item (or cash donation) to help the cause. We also are happy to say that all bar sales will be going to SELCRA (South East Livingston County Recreation Authority).
