Marquette Community Day of Service (MCDoS) is a one-day service event in which teams of volunteers will work with a variety of community agencies to provide services to the greater Milwaukee area. One of the many goals of the event is for students, alumni, and Milwaukee community members to engage in intentional service and form meaningful connections This year, MCDos falls on Earth Day and therefore the theme will be environmental justice. Service and reflection will focus on sustainability and environmental needs in the community. MCDoS will be held on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023. Volunteers will depart to their sites at 9:30am and return by 1:30pm How to Register: Participants must register under team names. Please read the following instructions prior to registering yourself or a team. You can either register under a team or as an individual participant. Individual participants will be paired with other folks looking for a team to engage in service and build community. How to Register a Team: We strongly recommend that Team Leaders create their teams, and notify team members once the team is created. Please follow the following steps when registering a team. 1. Please indicate if you are the team leader when registering and read the team leader responsibilities. 2. Please consider the transportation needs of your group size when answering the transportation question. 3.
