Description

In the last few months, Jacksonville has been the center of some national attention, full of conversations regarding churches and decisions regarding who can be included in membership. Yet, somehow, in the midst of the discourse, there was little space and time given to communities of faith who have chosen an alternative path - to be open and inclusive, happy to welcome all without reservation. If you have been waiting to hear more from these communities, we invite you to join us for our first Flourishing Together conversation of 2023. We will have a panel of clergy from faith communities who have made the commitment to be inclusive, to discuss what it means to them, and a time of Q&A with the audience. Current panelists include: Rev. Adam W. Anderson - South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church Rev. Adam Gray - Riverside Church at Park and King Rev. Amber Kearney - Riverside Church at Park and King Rev. Susan Rogers - The Well at Springfield
