Come and enjoy a wonderful meditative sound bath experience where you will lie down and listen to resonant sounds of singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes.  Please note: Sound bath Healing sessions are held fully clothed, on the floor on yoga mats, with shoes off.  Yoga mats, cushion and throw blankets will be provided. However, please bring anything else extra that would help make you be more comfortable as lay down for the sound therapy session (e.g. Extra blankets or pillows). And please be sure to dress comfortably.  Ticket costs: $25 What is a Sound Bath? A Soundbath is a deep, immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. It is a meditative experience where those in attendance are enveloped in sound waves from instruments used during the session. These sound waves generate frequencies that are used to create a state of harmony in the listener by using sound to clear discordance from the participants' energy fields.
