This year's meeting will include attendees participating in-person, livestream, and recorded. We will share your information with all attendees. Includes: display space in one of the exhibitor or registration areas, which is separate from, but near the educational space (meeting room); participation in breaks, meals, receptions, etc. Business name listed in meeting signage and materials as acknowledgement. Exhibit fee includes two representatives only. Additional representatives are an additional $200 per person, regardless of what times/days they attend and overlap with other company representatives. Sponsorships of a meal, break, or bags include the sponsorship and exhibit space as well. Exhibit space is in two main areas - the exhibit room, with the food, and in the registration hall, right outside the exhibit room. The target audience for these meetings include obstetricians, gynecologists, gynecologic oncologists, primary care physicians, nurses, residents, certified nurse midwives, and medical students. Meetings are organized to attract members from all over Colorado.
