Join me for a daytime hike in celebration of the Full Moon and arrival of Spring. This is a collective hike which means we will go at the pace of all folks in our group. There are only 5 spots available. Towards the end of our time together, we will pause in reflection, journaling, and group discussion centered around release. I will be there at 9:45am and we will begin our walk promptly at 10:00am. The Silver Lake Trail is considered a moderate-easy hike, but the paved short walk to and from the trail can be strenuous. The trail itself is mostly flat, but there are roots to navigate, a few rocks to walk up, narrow pathways, bushes to walk through, and rocks to climb if we decide as a collective to rest on the higher points of Breakheart. The view up there overlooking the water is really beautiful. Listen to your body and go at a pace that feels good for you. This is not a race. We will move as a collective. The hike usually takes me about 30-40 minutes to complete on my own, but this is a reflection hike. We will be with nature, not conquering it. We will move through this hike as a collective and begin with reflective thoughts. I have written journal prompts in your journals that we will work on towards the end of our hike. The hike usually takes me about 30-40 minutes to complete on my own, but this is a reflection hike. We will be with nature, not conquering it. We can chat, laugh, etc. during our time together, and I encourage you to be how you feel you want to be and be mindful of others' needs. Please voice if you need to stop for any reason. Towards the end of our hike, we will find a spot to sit and begin our workshop portion of the hike. You will have time to journal and share if you feel called to do so. When we are done with our discussion, we will make our way back to the parking lot together. Together. The 6 of us will do this together!
