We are excited to invite you to our second annual Festival Thursday April 20th 2023! The event will take place in Oakland, CA at Liberation Park 1-7 PM. The 420 Festival is a celebration and platform for small businesses and artists to network and gain exposure within our community at the Black Cultural Zone and the Bay Area. The event will be outdoors we will have a movie screen, skating rink, games and raffles/activities for all attendees. As always we will have a DJ and Live music with performers.
