Have you ever wanted to meet Nova, Erika the Bizerkeley Vegan's dog? Join us Saturday morning at Cesar Chavez park with the Friends of the Cesar Chavez Off-Leash-Area folks over morning treats! Dairy Free milk will be provided! Dear Friends of the Cesar Chavez Off-Leash-Area! Due to heavy rains and tall grass, non-familiar stray “Karma” poops are well camouflaged. No worries: A lot of hot Peets Coffee, biscotti and Madeline’s will be available as planned. We will meet Saturday morning April 15 “light rain” or shine with or without pups. If you find a few poops and other debris to pick up all the better. If not, 10-12 Cal Students will be volunteering to fill the many holes in the Off-Leash-Area (OLA). 4 wheelbarrows and about 20 shovels will be provided by the City. Any hardy souls interested in helping the Cal student will also be greatly appreciated. Come and enjoy!
