Join The Garage and local chefs Dylan Teekell and Jon Ortiz for a night of incredible flavors paired with four of our flagship brews. If you haven't had a chance to stop by Dylan and Jon's spots in town, Ghost Ramen and East Side Fire, here is the perfect chance for you to experience the amazing flavors they create! The event will start with a cocktail hour at 6 PM, followed by a four course dinner paired with four of our signature beers. The brews we are featuring in this dinner are our Heliopolis (Helles Lager), Hay Ryde (Wheat Beer), Twice Pardoned (American Pale Ale), and Captain's Porter (Porter). DINNER MENU: FIRST COURSE Beer: Twice Pardoned Twice pardoned is an American Pale Ale, bitter hop bite balanced with a caramel maltiness. Notes of tangerine, orange, and grapefruit. Dish: Okra tempura with a white miso slaw. SECOND COUSE Beer: Heliopolis Heliopolis is a delicate pilsner malt flavor of a German style lager that is laced with the flavor of crisp German Hops. Magnum hops from Hallertau deliver smooth bitterness, while Saphir hops bring a spicy herbal lemongrass note. It is a light bodied lager that is a cross between a Munich Helles and a German Pilsner. Dish: Lemon herb crab salad with heirloom tomato served on a savory pain purdue MAIN COURSE Beer: Hay Ryde Hay Ryde is an American wheat Ale brewed with a hint of rye and American hops that create a spicy light bodied beer. It is a complex beer that has the characteristics of a traditional wheat ale. Dish: Wood fired local bone in porkchop stuffed with beer bread stuffing, served with whole roasted carrots and brussles. FINAL COURSE Beer: Captain's Porter Captain's Porter is a robust rich porter that is chocolately and roasted. Intense chewy roasted malts bring notes of caramel, chocolate, and espresso set against English hops to balance the sweetness Dish: Captain's Simifreddo German chocolate Simifreddo topped with roasted coconut flakes in a pool of coconut milk Crème anglaise Tickets are $100 per ticket.
