Our 3 part series will be broken down into 3 separate Sundays!
Week 1 (4.2.23): Self-Care
-Come and learn more about the different areas of self-care. We will explore mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, professional, and personal self-care. We will use music to help us explore these domains and an emphasis on how to incorporate music into your self-care will be discussed.
Week 2 (4.16.23): Self-Love
-This week, we will dive deep into self-love and self-talk. Most of us do not realize how negative our self-talk may be and we will talk about how to catch those automatic thoughts we have that often create more stress and anxiety in our lives. We will engage in a fun songwriting exercise to practice implementing positive thoughts as well as create personal mantras/affirmations.
Week 3 (4.30.23): Mindfulness
-Mindfulness is not just trying to calm your thoughts while you meditate. There are just as many versions of mindfulness as there are humans. Come and learn how to find your optimal mindfulness experience that will help improve your mental, physical, and spiritual health.
