Sound Bath Sundaze (Last one is April 16th) $20 Join us through a 45min immersive and meditative experience as we cleanse and rejuvenate our mind, body and spirit through sound. Lailani will guide you through the sound bath with calming vocal melodies, soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. Dreamstate Reiki-infused Sound Bath (Starts April 30th at 7PM) $33 This sound bath combines the healing power of sound & Reiki for an immersive and transformative experience. Through voice, crystal singing bowls and chimes, Lailani will gently guide you to a state of relaxation for a good night’s sleep. Meet your Instructor! Lailani Africa is a singer songwriter, artist, certified sound healing & reiki practitioner. Creating music & art have always been a space for rest & restoration for her soul. It was a natural transition to incorporate the healing power of sound into her practice and share it with others. Through Flow State Sound Healing & Arts, she seamlessly blends music, art and sound for growth, self love and transformation.
