Bio: Ron is the Chief Executive Officer for Gold Mechanical which was founded in 1987 and became 100% Employee Owned in 2014. Ron has his Masters of Organizational Leadership from Evangel University, Bachelors of Business Administration from Evangel University and taught for 9 years in Evangel’s graduate business studies program. He is currently 40% complete in a Doctoral of Strategic Leadership program. His background as it relates to ASHRAE is that he is a past President of the Ozarks Chapter and served as Chairman of the last CRC to be held in Springfield in 2010. He also served on the ASHRAE Board of Governors from 2008-2011. Ron has held a Master Mechanical License in the City of Springfield since 1992. He also holds a Master Gas Fitter License in Springfield and Mechanical License’s in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
