Meownaste! Roll out your yoga mat for a 60 minute beginner yoga class to support Pawswatch! Our favorite volunteer yogis, Heather & Lisa, will lead you through poses designed to calm your mind and strengthen your body. This class is designed for everyone whether you have previous yoga/pilates experience. Kitties may also join you on your mat! It's an awesome interactive experience! Be sure to bring your yoga mat, towel/blanket, block, strap and water bottle. *You must be 8 years old to attend this experience. Guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, as parental consent is required for all minors. **Cats provided! Please leave your cat/kitten at home and then show them all the fun things you learned at cat yoga! ***In the case you need to cancel: 1. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable 2. These classes are to fundraise for Pawswatch. Please consider donating instead of refunding. 3. If you are unable to attend, 2 day notice requested.
