Celebrate Earth Day by making Harrisburg a cleaner and safer place to live, work, and play! Volunteers are needed throughout Harrisburg to pick litter, check-in volunteers, truck drivers to pick up trash bags (must have a vehicle), and dumpster monitors. Get involved by visiting www.cactricounty.org/ghlc. The event will take place in three locations in Harrisburg (Midtown, Allison Hill, and Uptown). The Great Harrisburg Litter Cleanup is an initiative of Tri County Community Action, the affiliate organization for Keep Harrisburg/Dauphin County Beautiful.
