Billy Afghan, Global Community Leader from Genii Earth LLC, will speak on Leadership in your community, family and workplace. We will be featuring clothing and accessories from two women-owned businesses in Lake Oswego, Grapevine and Pigment's Boutique as we celebrate International Women's Day. This is a global holiday celebrated annually on March 8 as a focal point in the women's rights movement, bringing attention to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women. A portion of the proceeds from this event will go towards Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette, an affiliate of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, provides reproductive education and healthcare in the Portland Metro Area.
