A cocktail and hors d’ oeuvres showcase of silent auction items followed by an abundant and delicious buffet feast prepared by our chapter chefs and culinary students. The event features a live auction as dessert is served. This is the main fundraising event for the organization and provides scholarships and tools for many Maine culinary students to programs near and far.
