Retreat participants will experience a quiet rural get away at Fox House on the beautiful rolling acres of Fox Haven Farm and Learning Center. Lodging and meals are included in this retreat experience to support rest and relaxation. Therapeutic support is provided by a licensed clinician who facilitates activities, discussions, and education on topics including understanding and de-stigmatizing burnout, reconstructing the loss of self that burnout creates, and working with nature to "reset" the nervous system for burnout recovery. Cost and Amenities: Program includes food and lodging at Fox Haven Farm and Learning Center in Jefferson, MD. $329.00 if paying out of pocket.
