This hour-long vinyasa class will pair movement with breath, building heat and allowing students to find flow through their asanas (poses). Balance the body and mind while enjoying a fun, faster-paced yoga flow that works on flexibility, balance, and strength. This is an all-levels class; modifications will offered.
Eliza is an RYT, Co-Op Member, and a lover of movement, living in Clifton Park.
