-Authentic Connection - Creating a Foundation for Thriving Relationships- Over the course of this workshop, we explore the complexity and simplicity of being human together. We practice relational exercises that allow us to connect on a deeper, more fulfilling level. This workshop empowers humans of all kinds with tools to consciously choose how to connect. An experiential event designed for self-discovery and mindfulness in our interactions. Together we expand our ability to be present and curious in our connection with each other through Authentic Relating exercises. Authentic Relating is a body of work that inspires deeper connection through exercises that enhance presence, self-awareness, and expand emotional intelligence capacities aka soft skills. These exercises can be modeled to suit any demographic of individuals pain points and needs. Amelia Broughton is a Human Design coach and consultant, Relational Leadership facilitator, writer, and purveyor of connection, pioneering a more connected, communication-savvy, and emotionally intelligent planet.
