Welcome to SOUL Fit Sistas! This is a fitness class that welcomes all women to participate and enjoy a variety of dance classes on all levels ( no experience needed) all while praising the Lord and building strong lasting relationships with women in the community who are also building their relationships with Christ. SOUL Fit Sistas is not just a group to get fit, it is a social group that empowers women to grow in Christ together and support each other in any way that we are able to. ***These are donation-based classes. Donations will go towards venue costs and guest instructors***
