April and May are both great months for container gardening. This is when the tropical plants, the summer annuals and many unique varieties become available. Decker's Nursery is committing an evening for you to make the most of your container gardening efforts. Conrad Decker is going to host the event and will have assistance from several staff members. Topics on the agenda are: Selecting the proper containers and potsWhat soils and fertilizers to use We'll review basic concepts of design and how to plant your containers for successThen we're going to open up the store for you to enjoy all the beautiful flowers on displayYou'll be able to make purchases and staff members will be happy to assist with your selections. We'll be staying open late for all attendees to enjoy the nursery yard without the crowds. We will be hosting this event outdoors so please dress accordingly. If we end up getting rain on this day, the plan will be to host the event the next day - Friday, May 5th.
