Black Legacy Partners staff has the right to ask a vendor to remove unfitting elements not conforming to the outdoor event rules or for misrepresenting the nature of this event. The duplication or use of any trademarks or logos belonging to the Black Legacy Partners or Black Legacy Outdoor Cinemas committee is strictly prohibited. Black Legacy Partners and all their representatives are not responsible for or liable for damages including, but not limited to loss suffered before, during or after the event, theft, property, equipment, materials, or injury of any person.
