Guided meditation to drop your awareness into your body. Feel into the sounds of 7 Chakra singing bowls + DNA healing 528hz quartz + morganite unconditional love bowl, a Schumann Resonance chime, Ocean drum, and healing activator Chiron Gong. This type of meditative experience is called a “soundbath” because the vibrations wash over the body. This is a form of embodiment meditation where you focus your attention and awareness on what sensations are present in the body, which may be asking for attention or acknowledgment, in order to process and move stagnation out from your body.
