The Venue is pleased to present Songwriter Showcase Series with Demi Clara and Special Guests Nick Scarpinato and Katie Bogle, Thursday, April 7 at 8pm. Doors open 7. Our Songwriter Showcase Series takes place the first Thursday of the month. This curated event features the songwriting & storytelling of incredible artists and allows you to interact and connect with the musicians during and after their show! This monthly series has a low entrance fee of just $5. We encourage you to give more if you can! Advance General Admission $5 (Minimum) ABOUT THE ARTIST Demi Clara is a singer-songwriter from Plainfield, IL. She sings about her experiences being in her twenties, first love, heartbreak, mental health, sexuality, and more. She has been performing around the Chicago-land area for years and has several singles out on Spotify! She is inspired by the music of Glen Handard, Lizzie McAlpine, Amy Winehouse, Carsie Blaton, and more. She hopes to give people cathartic experiences while sharing her pain and her heart through her song-writing. She also loves a good dad joke!
