Sourdough, or wild yeast, is a living breathing thing. Our current starter has been part of our food family 2017, rolling out some amazing, crusty hearth breads, pizzas, croissants, crackers, and more. This workshop will focus on our rustic country bread and sourdough crackers. Participants will learn to care for a sourdough starter, practice the basics of developing dough, take home their own starter, receive recommendations for further study, and of course sample fresh bread and crackers. Our lesson will be followed by an Easter Brunch inspired meal and baby goat cuddles
