The first of several planting events occurred on February 18, 2023 when we were able to work with 100+ volunteers to plant over 275 young natives in the ground ! Unfortunately we had to cancel our March 11 event due to extreme weather conditions. April 1 and April 29 are our next scheduled planting events. Thank you for considering joining us. Tools, light snacks and water are provided. We recommend you bring your own water to have with you as well. Wear work clothes and closed toed shoes. Gloves are available or bring your own. Be sure to check just prior to the event date to be sure there are no cancellations due to weather or safety issues. ALSO: WE CAN ONLY MANAGE SO MANY VOLUNTEERS AT EACH EVENT. WHEN YOU TRY TO REGISTER, IF IT IS SOLD OUT PLEASE CONSIDER HELPING AT THE OTHER EVENTS. April 1 April 29 RUFF ALSO HOSTS MULCHING EVENTS ALL SUMMER, ONCE A MONTH. THOSE DATES AND LOCATIONS WILL BE POSTED WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULED.
