Join us on a tour of the largest municipality cemetery in Pasco County! We will be introducing the heritage of those that created the community we know as Dade City. Normally, entering a cemetery entices individuals to think of death, a topic that is taboo or unpopular in most cases. however there is more than meets the eye in these eerie but intriguing places: Art, Architecture, Symbolism, Science, Nature, Gardening, Remembrance, and of course, the questions many people ask -- Is it haunted? The purpose of this tour is to raise awareness of Dade City’s historic cemetery landmarks. Our cemetery committee volunteers with the Dade City Heritage Museum are working to place this cemetery on the National Registry of Historic Places. Join us to learn about the stories in the stones.
