Thursday, April 13th at 6:30pm Creating "Surprises for the Stars" 💫Shooting Stars is an organization that hosts weekly basketball and other games at the Spring Valley YMCA for children with special needs. We will be preparing gift bags to be presented to the participants (the Stars!) as a surprise at the end of season banquet. ✨We welcome families to join us for our April Kindness as we prepare to spread some cheer to the Shooting Stars participants! Please bring some of the following donations: ⭐️ Bouncy balls ⭐️Bracelets (such as silly bands) ⭐️Play dough ⭐️Crayons ⭐️Coloring books ⭐️Sidewalk chalk ⭐️Inflatable beach balls ⭐️Bubbles ⭐️Stickers ⭐️ “Congratulations" blank note cards If you are unable to come but would still like to donate, items can be dropped off at the rear door at Empowering U Center, 511 W Main St. Trappe. Items may be left on the back porch wrapped in plastic bag should the center be closed . You may also use the Amazon Wish List to send items directly to the event. See WISH LIST HERE.
