Ramadan is the holiest month in Islam and Muslims fast from dawn to sunset. During daylight hours, Muslims refrain from eating and drinking (including water). The fast is broken at sunset with a dinner called "iftar." The iftar meal is a time to get together with friends and family, share a meal, and reflect on our blessings.
TASMN has been sharing iftar dinners with many communities in our city for the last several years. We see these gatherings as an opportunity to unite people from diverse backgrounds, build bridges, and cultivate mutual understanding. We would be honored to have you join us in this special night. We will have a variety of delicious foods to break our fast with, and there will be plenty of opportunities for us to connect and share stories.
We look forward to seeing you there!
TASMN
Note: During this holy month, let’s remember the importance of giving and helping people in need. All proceeds of this dinner will support to the victims of Turkey earthquake.
Thank you for your support!
