Sarah Shea is back at House & Barn! In this beautifully rustic space, Sarah will lead everyone in an all levels yoga class. Your price includes a mule from House & Barn of your choice! We'll sip and mingle before diving into various postures and meditations. And yes, Sarah incorporates the drinking into the class itself! We're all here to have fun and relax, so remember to leave your inhibitions at the door. Please bring your own yoga mat, and if you'd like to be extra comfy, bring a small blanket!
