Join Bittercube for a cocktail making class, inspired by the Tropical Dome. First, we'll learn the history and technique of four classic and modern Tiki cocktails that have aromatic and/or bitter ingredients found in the Tropical Dome. We'll serve 4 half cocktail samples, include spirit and ingredient samples and provide each guest with a set of dried botanicals that would function as visual and olfactory references. At the end of the class, each guest will take home a small bottle of vodka and the botanicals to make into a take-home infusion. We'll also travel through the tropics at twilight with Erica Veto, Education Director with Friends of the Domes. You'll learn about the Domes and the plants that made these special ingredients. Wear your best tropics-inspired shirt, and enjoy this one-of-a-kind event! Ages 21+ Location: Mitchell Park Domes, Lobby Cost: Includes entrance to the Domes.
