Our purpose is help buyers gain knowledge and confidence with what key things they should be looking for in a realtor and lender, how to prepare their finances to be ready for purchasing a home, the process of buying a home, and other relevant topics. Taking this class, the participants are eligible for the Washington State Finance Housing Commission down payment assistance and other loan programs to make the affordability gap possible with zero to low money down.
