We are happy to welcome children to an Easter Egg Hunt at our church at 1135 Walnut Street in Newton Highlands at 12:00pm on Easter Sunday, April 9. We will have one hunt in our backyard for children 3 to 6 years old, and a second hunt in our front yard for children 7 to 10 years old. Parents and children are welcome to socialize after the event and meet your neighbors. Children can arrive by lining up with their adult on the sidewalk. At noon we will divide the younger group and the older group—and have all the children start at the same time. Don’t let your child run ahead toward the eggs until we start the hunt. In the first round, each child can hunt for 5 eggs. In the second “clean up” round, children can keep as many eggs as they can find. We will also have temporary tattoos and springtime crafts available. Please register here so that we know how many children are planning to attend.
