Join Kim Charon from Charcuterie & Things for an in-person workshop on creating the perfect cheese and charcuterie board! You will learn the basics of cheese selection, cutting techniques and board layout as well as some intermediate skills including salami roses and kiwi flowers. You will be guided step by step as your create your own 10-inch cheese plate that serves 2-3 people. Each participant will leave with their own personally styled grazing board featuring artisan cheeses, charcuterie and accoutrements as well as the techniques to re-create your own gorgeous spread at home.
