My Aunt Deb lost her battle to breast cancer this month. She was genuinley one of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. She lived a life service to those in need. On April 22nd we will be doing a breast cancer workout to honor her life and others that have been diagnosed with this terrible cancer. We want to celebrate those who have won the battle but also give space to honor those who did not. There will be three class times: 7am, 8am and 9am. This will be a partner workout so feel free to be someone or we can pair you up with someone when you get here! You do not need to be a Solution 1 Member to join.
