ACE showcases many opportunities for young artists in the creative economy. Professionals from public agencies, arts colleges, nonprofits, arts/media/entertainment companies, and more will share details about their work and how to get more involved in an artistic pursuit.
Students will learn about study and program opportunities, preparation for a creative career, and how to become a paid employee of Inner-City Arts’ Work of Art program.Parents/guardians will learn how and why supporting youth in creative fields and innovation is beneficial to their well-being and to the broader city community.Educators and community partners will come together to support youth in exploring one of the most fascinating and fulfilling vocational paths!ACTIVITES

11:15 a.m.-12 p.m. | Breakout rooms: Engage in more in-depth conversations about the community opportunities most fitting your chosen art form.
12-1 p.m. | WOA info session: Learn what it takes to become a paid intern in our Work of Art college and career program.
1-2 p.m. | Resource fair: Meet arts partners from throughout Los Angeles who provide creative and innovative art experiences for all ages.
