This will be a day dedicated to teaching 4 year old students. Sarah Leoni and Melanie Hernandez from Mendocino County Office of Education will be spending the morning presenting on the Inclusion Matters Guidebook and talking with families when concerns arise. In the afternoon we will get a chance to share an end of year activity or something new that you tried this year and want to share! Each participant will have about 5 minutes to share their activity/lesson/game with the group. While we will not complete each project, we will each get to learn about new ideas. You can send Carly ([email protected]) any directions/templates/pictures to share out. This training is for all Lake County Preschool, TK, & K teachers, and academic coaches. This training will be facilitated by Lake County Office of Education Learning Support Specialist Carly Swatosh-Sherman. Attendees can bring a laptop but it is not required. Lake County teachers and instructional coaches will receive a $150 stipend. Stipends will be issued through your employer. Lunch will be provided.
