About The Love Bistro & Café: The Love Bistro & Café is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation that raises funds and pursues grants, and other monetary donations for several new initiatives that include: • Youth mentorship program in partnership with Kenwood High School • Series of monthly arts, music, and entrepreneur pop-up events • Free meal program, for seniors, veterans, and unhoused residents • Health and Wellness Program How We’re Celebrating: We are expecting to feed up to 300 service members, and their families including community members. Event activities include: o Keynote Speaker o Award Recognition Ceremony o Kids Activities o Free Food o Live Music o Community Partners (Vendors) Vendor Opportunities: As a community partner, if you would like to set up a vendor at no charge, you are expected to supply your own tent, table, and chairs. We also request partners to donate an item from the In-Kind Donation list below. We only have 20 vendor slots. Vendor setup begins at 10 am. In-Kind Donations Opportunities: We are requesting the following support: • 3 cases of 120 ct Beef Hot Dogs • 1 case of vegan hotdogs • 4 cases of Hot Dog Buns • 10 cases Bottle Water • 10 10lbs Bag Ice • 7 cases of Classic Lays Chips 50ct • 1 case of Ketchup • 1 case of Mustard • 4 Packs 100 ct Dinner Napkins • 10 Bottles of Hand Sanitizer • 6 Large Styrofoam Disposable Coolers • Inflatables (Bounce House) Volunteers: o Grill Food o Prep and Distribute Food/Drinks o Photographer o Videographer o DJ w/sound equipment o Cleaning Crew o Marketing & Promotions Marketing and Outreach: As a partner, we ask that you share information about the event with your members and network, as well as provide information about the event on social, or other tools you already use as part of your organization’s promotions. Even if you choose not to be a partner, we hope you will share information about the event with your friends and colleagues.
